Save the Date: 5th Annual Basecamp —- October 27-29 , 2026
California Outdoor Recreation Partnership is announcing our Save the Date for our 5th Annual Basecamp. This year, we will be hosting the event at WildHaven Sonoma in Healdsburg, California from October 27-29, 2026.
Our Events
Sacramento Summit
Every spring, we gather at our state capitol for our Annual Sacramento Summit to advocate for current legislation and show our government what the outdoor industry is all about.
Our Sacramento Summit is open to members and individuals interested in getting involved in supporting policy that we are about.
Basecamp
Every fall, we gather for a two night, three day membership gathering called “Basecamp.” At this event, we host social happy hours, outdoor outings, educational presentations on policy that passed, and hold workshops on future legislation to engage membership feedback on what we should pursue the following year.
So far, this event has moved around the state and we have hosted past Basecamp events in Bodega, San Diego, Yosemite Valley, and Carmel Valley. This year, we are excited to announce Basecamp will be hosted at WildHaven Sonoma in Healdsburg, California!
Impact on Tap Happy Hour
Impact on Tap is a newer event for California Outdoor Recreation Partnership! Impact on Tap is a Happy Hour series that is the perfect chance to unwind, meet like-minded people, and enjoy some great vibes that we host regionally throughout California. Whether you work in the non-profit world, outdoor industry, or are a supporter of conservation, climate change resiliency, and recreation on our public lands, you are welcome to join.
Past Impact on Tap events have been hosted in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Diego and co-hosted with Toad&Co, 1% for the Planet, The Conservation Alliance, Outdoor Industry Association, Outdoor Outreach, and Seirus Innovation in partnership with Topa Topa Brewing Company and JuneShine Hard Kombucha.
