About the Artist
Bryan Wuerker is an adventure, landscape, and action sports photographer based in California’s Eastern Sierra. While scheduling hydro releases at the Hoover Dam, Bryan felt a calling to the mountains. He invested in camera gear and left his career for the Eastern Sierra, now calling Mammoth Lakes his home for over a decade. In 2023 and 2024, Bryan was commissioned by CA Governor Gavin Newsom to create photography gifts for Chinese and Italian leaders, including Pope Francis. Bryan’s work has been featured by the LA Times and was recently recognized as the Grand Prize winner of CalTrout’s 2024 Annual Photo Contest. You can view more of Bryan’s work at BryanWuerker.com.
